In the process of steel pipe production, there are online ultrasonic flaw detection, water pressure test, X-ray flaw detection, portable ultrasonic flaw detection and other detection equipment to control the production links and product indicators online. At the same time, the company is equipped with the provincial level II qualification comprehensive laboratory, which can carry out the chemical composition of the base metal, metallographic inspection of welding, tensile, bending, hardness, impact, drop hammer tearing and other mechanical tests of the base metal and weld, and make supporting tests for the products produced by the company, so as to ensure the high quality of production.
In the process of steel pipe anti-corrosion production, there are testing equipment such as densimeter, anchor pattern meter, ultrasonic thickness gauge, infrared thermometer, tension meter, electric spark leak detector, etc. to strictly control the indicators of products in the production process.
